Exemplar Learning was founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of trade training in Australia. It works with a range of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and industry partners to ensure that training meets real workplace needs.
Exemplar Learning believes that focusing on the skills required by industry and providing tools to accuratley measure and consistently assess those skills, is the best way to improve the effectiness of the training system. The flow on effects of this approach are improved productivity for industry and an increase in employer’s confidence to employ.
