What is Exemplar Profiling?

Exemplar Profiling is an innovative workplace skill monitoring tool that has been customised for apprentices and trainees across a range of industries.

Exemplar allows an apprentice or trainee to record a snapshot of the tasks they have undertaken (including time taken, equipment used and the level of support they received) and collates this information into a skills profile for the information of their training institution. All data is verified by the employer and is mapped against the relevant Australian Training Package qualification to help trainers make an informed assessment of competence (and meet their compliance obligations).

Over 20,000 Australian apprentices and trainees, across more than twenty qualifications, use eProfiling each week to record their workplace activities and skill development.
